Kids Doing Business Academy Prep is a Nonprofit Organization.

 It all began with a simple question from an inquisitive child: "What is a bank?" In that moment, founder Sheila Walthour-Walker realized the potential to teach children the fundamentals of finance and business, igniting their imaginations to dream big. Shortly after, she founded "Kids Doing Business Academy Prep," a non-profit that has been a steadfast pillar of the Tampa community for nearly a decade. Through their unwavering dedication, KDB’s team has tirelessly served the students of their community by equipping them with the tools to turn their dreams into tangible realities. 

 

As Kids Doing Business grows, the goal remains to enlighten and empower as many young hearts as possible, revealing the intricate web of commerce and the value of responsible financial management. Through workshops, mentorship, and real-world experiences, Kids Doing Business has nurtured a generation of leaders who understand that knowledge is the key to unlocking their full potential.
